  You guys know that I'm a big believer in using food scales. I used them a lot to weigh my meat portions during weight loss. I'm also a big believer in tracking your carbs in fitday.com or dailyplate.com, but it's sometimes a hassle to first weigh your food and then run off to the computer to enter the info. You either have to plan in advance or you have to enter after you've eaten and sometimes you realize you ate too much only after the fact!   I made a really great recipe video last night - Beef in a Bag. If you are afraid to cook beef (like I am) or if you think it's too hard, you have to try this recipe. I used what my store calls "fajita beef" (which I think is skirt steak that they have pre-cut into strips). Using pre-cut meat saves time and if you are like me and hate to cut raw meat saves you from fighting with the knife.
