EatSmart Nutrition Scale Product Review

04.20.08 | 7 Comments

You guys know that I’m a big believer in using food scales. I used them a lot to weigh my meat portions during weight loss. I’m also a big believer in tracking your carbs in fitday.com or dailyplate.com, but it’s sometimes a hassle to first weigh your food and then run off to the computer to enter the info. You either have to plan in advance or you have to enter after you’ve eaten and sometimes you realize you ate too much only after the fact!

What I love about the EatSmart Nutrition Scale is that it not only tracks the nutrition right in the scale, but it allows you to weigh/track each of the things on your plate and then it will show the nutrition data for the whole plate! It also lets you weigh foods that don’t appear in its database by entering the nutrition info from the package. In my video review, I show how to do both.

Anyways, check out the EatSmart Nutrition Scale at eatsmartproducts.com. They have been nice enough to offer my viewers a 10% discount, so make sure you enter the code EATINGLOW when you check out!
