Friday, at last! I'm holding steady at 143.5, which is to be expected. From past experience, whenever I have a big loss, I usually have a day or two of holding steady and eventually I go back to losing. It was annoying at first because you're like - I'm doing everything the same! Why am I just sitting here at the same weight! But after awhile I noticed a pattern.
