I posted something similar in my journal on the forum but I wanted to share it here too.I just wanted to say how happy I am with the forum. I am amazed how positive and friendly it has remained. I know we have a lot of different views on low carbing here, yet everyone is able to get along and respect each other's opinions and that is exactly what I had hoped for!
