Ep. 6 - Tilapia with Salsa

This is a quick and easy "guest" quality recipe. It tastes and looks fancy but it's really so simple! Try to find the lowest carb salsa you can. The fish comes out so perfectly.

Recipe:

  • 2 tilapia fillets

  • 3-4 TB salsa

  • squeeze of lime

  • salt and pepper if desired

Preheat oven to 350.  Spray foil lined baking sheet with Pam. Place fish on foil. Spread salsa over fillets and squeeze lime juice over top.  Fold the foil over to make a packet.  Bake for 20 minutes or until fish is flakey.

Nutrition:

The only thing carby in this recipe is the salsa and lime, so choose the lowest carb salsa you can find!
