Ep. 25 - Romaine Wraps

Romaine wraps are a great on-the-go meal. They are super versatile and can be filled with whatever toppings you like. This recipe is also great for both dieters and maintainers alike!

Recipe:

  • Turkey Deli Meat
  • 2 romaine lettuce leaves
  • Wishbone Spritzer - whichever flavor you like (for dieting)
  • Hidden Valley Spicy Ranch Dressing (for maintenance)
  • Sprinkle cheddar cheese (for maintenance)

Rinse lettuce leaves. Lay turkey on lettuce. For dieting, spray with Wishbone Spritzer and enjoy!

For maintenance, add a small amount of Spicy Ranch dressing and a sprinkle of cheese.
