Ep. 27 - Ricotta Berry Breakfast

This one is for MAINTENANCE only! I was looking for a new breakfast now that I'm at goal and Suzanna from the boards recommended this. I love ricotta because it's not super sweet and goes well with lots of different things.

Recipe:

  • 1/4 c fat free ricotta
  • handful of blackberries
  • Splenda (optional)

Add ricotta and blackberries to a bowl. Smush up the blackberries and add Splenda if desired. I added about 1/2 packet of Splenda. Yumm

Nutrition:

  • 1/4 c Fat free ricotta - 45 cals, 4 carbs
  • 1/4 c Blackberries - 19 cals, 5 carbs
  • Splenda packet - count as 1 carb if you use the whole packet
