Ep. 37 - Super Quick Chick

This is probably the easiest recipe ever! Frozen chicken tenderloins and salad dressing make a quick meal that doesn't taste like it only takes seconds to put together!

Recipe:

  • 8 oz chicken tenderloins (approximately 6 tenders)
  • 4-6 TB vinaigrette (I used Champagne vinaigrette and Greek vinaigrette)

Preheat oven to 375°. Line baking sheet with tinfoil for easy cleanup. Place frozen chicken tenders on baking sheet. Drizzle dressing over chicken. Cook chicken tenders for 20-30 minutes (until chicken is no longer pink).

Servings: 2

Preparation time: 1 minute or less!

Cooking time: 20-30 minutes
