Ep. 49 - Lemon Tarragon Chicken

This is way easy and it tastes fancy! You can mix and match whatever veggies and herbs you prefer!

Recipe:

  • 1  lb chicken breasts
  • 1 zucchini
  • 3-4 green onions chopped
  • juice of 2 lemons
  • handful tarragon
  • salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Cut up zucchini, green onions, and tarragon. Wash chicken and season on both sides with salt and pepper. Lay each chicken breast on a square of tinfoil. Top with a bit of zucchini, onion, and tarragon. Squeeze lemon over each chicken. Fold up tinfoil to make a packet. Cook for 20-30 minutes until done (depends on the size of your chicken).

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Cooking time: 30 minutes
