Ep. 49 - Lemon Tarragon ChickenThis is way easy and it tastes fancy! You can mix and match whatever veggies and herbs you prefer! Recipe:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Cut up zucchini, green onions, and tarragon. Wash chicken and season on both sides with salt and pepper. Lay each chicken breast on a square of tinfoil. Top with a bit of zucchini, onion, and tarragon. Squeeze lemon over each chicken. Fold up tinfoil to make a packet. Cook for 20-30 minutes until done (depends on the size of your chicken).
Servings: 4 Preparation time: 5 minutes Cooking time: 30 minutes
