What is Eating Low?

Eating low is my term for the low carb, low cal, low fat way of eating. I lost 54 lbs eating this way and I love to help others learn how to eat (and cook) low.

Can you provide more specific nutrition information?

Many of my recipes are meant to be tailored to your tastes. The recipe shown is just a suggestion. Because of this, my carb counts may be different than your actual counts. If you want to track YOUR specific carb and calorie counts, use a site like Fitday to track them.

Do you have any cool legalese we can read?

I sure do! The advice offered on this site is not intended as a substitute for the advice of your physician.  Consult your physician before beginning any diet. If you are pregnant, have kidney disease, or any other serious illness, you should not follow a low carb diet.
